Never Compare Yourself
Comparing yourself to someone else will only bring frustration, and can cause you to give up on your diet. All people are made differently and will have different results. It may suck to see others around lose weight more quickly or those who have fast metabolism and do not have to try at all , but the thing is your different then they are and you have to try harder to get the results that you want. Height and bone structure have a lot to do with your weight just because someone is shorter and have smaller bones does not always make them thinner than you even though it can appear that they are. Always give yourself the credit you deserve, just knowing that you will have a good outcome from all the hard work you put into losing weight should keep you motivated.
Have Self Confidence
Take pictures of your progress. This may sound crazy, but it really works. Take a picture of yourself before you start loosing weight and during the weight loss process because by doing this you will become more motivated and you will be able to more closely look at the spots you want to work on. As the time goes on you can see the real results for yourself when you look at the pictures through out the new diet. Also be comfortable in your own body, self confidence is a big key in losing weight because it makes you feel better about taking the time and effort to do so.

Cheat Day
The best way to not give up on your diet is to have a cheat day once a week! My cheat day is every Friday and I eat a desert like a piece of cheesecake, a banana split, a smoothie, or a reasonable portion of chocolate. It is hard to not snack on your favorite foods, but when you get a craving for your favorite food its just normal. Eating fatty foods every now and then is good for you.

Sugar Free Drinks
A way to keep full longer is to drink plenty of water, but some people just do not like water so if you are one of those people like me that need flavor drink diet soda such as Sprite Zero or Pepsi Max. Also sugar free energy drinks like RockStar Zero Carb ect. are good every other day or so because the give you energy, taste good, but at the same time have very low calories.
