Subway

Subway is a great way to lose weight, that is if you get the right subs. The First step is the bread get the wheat bread it tastes just as good as the white bread, actually I think it tastes better than the white bread. Next is the meat either get turkey, ham, or chicken. The three best subs to me
are:


Turkey Breast

Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki

Oven Roasted Chicken Breast

As long as you do not add mayonnaise or olive oil you can have a low calorie meal. Instead of mayo add banana peppers, green peppers, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and jalapeno peppers and your sandwich will taste great!
